From Idea to Inbox: How We Built a High-Value Lead Magnet
Here’s the elephant in the marketing department: most “freebies” on the internet are either overwhelming, underwhelming, or thinly-disguised sales pitches wearing a PDF costume. If you’ve ever found yourself inside an online sales funnel, you know it’s true. This project was none of those. We recently partnered with a depth psychology wellness practitioner to build a high-touch, high-value lead magnet that feels more like a thoughtful experience than a marketing funnel - and still converts beautifully.
Here’s how we did it, what made it work, and what other brands can learn from it.
The Goal: Create a Lead Magnet That Feels Like Genuine Care, Not Clickbait.
The brief was clear:
Serve women who feel disconnected from themselves.
Offer something genuinely useful - not a teaser that withholds value.
Build trust, not anxious urgency.
Create a funnel that respects the nervous system.
In other words: no countdown timers. No “act now or else.” No 37-page PDF no one finishes.
Instead, we designed a five-part guided experience delivered by email - slow, embodied, and deeply intentional. And yes, it still converts.
The Strategy: A Funnel Built Around a Real Experience
Rather than leading with features or outcomes, we anchored the entire funnel around felt experience. That meant:
A single-focus landing page (no distractions, no menu chaos).
Clear, calming language.
One primary CTA: receive the experience.
Thoughtful pacing instead of instant overload.
This is the same framework we use when building conversion-focused landing pages for purpose-driven brands - good funnel strategy crossed with good UX design -but built especially for service providers, coaches, clinicians, and educators.

than they did at launch!
The Structure: Five Lessons, One Cohesive Journey
Instead of dumping everything at once, the content unfolds over ten days. Each lesson builds on the last, creating momentum without pressure. The experience includes:
Short teaching videos in each email offering an orientation to the topic, and guidance for the practice.
Simple, cumulative practices to solidify learning.
Body-based reflection practices.
Gentle invitations and examples to apply insights in real life.
This structure does two important things: It keeps engagement high (so people actually finish it), and it positions the creator as thoughtful, trustworthy, and grounded. That’s the sweet spot.
The Tech Stack: Simple, Solid, and Scalable
We built this entire experience using:
Wix for the landing page and thank-you flow.
Email automation within Wix CRM for delivery and pacing.
Smart, mobile-first design (because inbox happens on phones).
We didn’t want to over-engineer this, or make it so complicated that our client couldn’t adjust it as needed, so it’s just simple, clean execution, within her existing website platform.
We also optimized:
Email deliverability spam-filter friendliness (great content doesn’t matter if it never hits the inbox).
mobile vs desktop formatting.
CTA placement across the funnel.
